Join NPH on October 29 for our upcoming Brown Bag training, “Improving Workplace Culture: How To Create Equitable And Inclusive Work Spaces.”
Participants will hear from member representatives about their experiences in creating inclusive and welcoming work spaces for new and existing staff, particularly staff of color. Panelists will also share how they have created an environment where feedback is welcome and encouraged and share how others can adopt the same practices. This Brown Bag is part of NPH’s efforts to further racial equity among our membership and across our industry. Working on organizational culture goes beyond just thinking about diversity and truly thinking about retention, long-term growth, and leadership development to help create a sustainable industry.
