“Pedro Galvao, senior policy manager with the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, said ambitious approaches are necessary to meet the needs of those crunched by the housing shortage.
“’We need bold solutions to address our housing emergency and we look forward to working with the governor and the Legislature to pass bills that address our communities’ critical housing needs,’ he said in an email.”
