Join NPH on March 12 for the third and last Resident Services Professional Development Training of the year. This workshop will identify various conflict resolution styles, demonstrate when and how to implement effective conflict resolution techniques, and highlight many conflict resolution best practices when responding to residents’ need. Relationships with humans are by their nature particularly challenging and figuring out how to effectively, successfully, and compassionately work with our residents, which often means successfully resolving conflict, is a key component of our work.
IMPORTANT: Please come ready to share how you and your organization currently resolve conflict amongst residents and/or staff issues. We will provide the opportunity for workshop attendees to share their experience and challenges of how to respond to community residents’ conflicts in ways that are innovative and exciting
Please note that this training is specifically designed for Case Managers, Property Managers, Residence Services Coordinators, Residence Service Supervisors, and Residence Service Managers.
Facilitator: Dr. Diane Johnson, Ph.D. with Mmapeu Management Consulting.
When: Tuesday, March 12 | 1pm – 4pm
The training will begin promptly at 1pm and we encourage attendees to arrive early. Lunch will provided.
