Racial Equity & Inclusion Program Manager – Full-Time

The Racial Equity & Inclusion Program Manager is responsible for developing, growing and administering NPH’s new Racial Equity Program and the Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP). Both programs are a part of NPH’s work to increase and advance racial equity in the affordable housing community. This position reports to the Deputy Director and is responsible for supporting: 1) the effective development, roll-out, management, and support of NPH’s internal and industry-wide Racial Equity Action Plan; and 2) the effective administration, development and continuation of the Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP), now midway through its first year with a cohort of 12 interns. The right candidate for this position will be someone with demonstrated experience in racial equity-related work and experience in administering programs, and who is dedicated to social and racial equity and inclusion.

Policy Director – Full-Time

The Policy Director is a senior level management position responsible for directing and leading NPH’s state policy strategy and implementation, and supervising regional and special policy initiatives. The position provides key staff support to the organization in the areas of public policy development, strategic planning, legislative and regulatory advocacy, member and partner engagement and training.

The Policy Director reports to the Executive Director and collaborates closely with the NPH staff team, Board of Directors, and members; works with state legislators and political leadership throughout the region, along with local, state and national policy partners; and taps policy experts and researchers. Fund Development & Membership Associate – Full-Time

The Fund Development & Membership Associate is a skilled professional responsible for supporting strategy coordination and execution for NPH’s fundraising (which includes grants, donations, and event sponsorships) and membership activities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, have excellent written and oral communications skills, be committed to quality work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues, members, and partners. The Fund Development & Membership Associate is a full-time employee supervised by the Deputy Director. Communications Associate – Full-Time

Affordable housing is the most critical issue facing Northern California. This opening offers the opportunity to support progress for our region’s housing crisis by putting your communications skills to work telling stories and shaping the messages that inspire voters, persuade lawmakers, mobilize supporters, and engage and support our member network. The Digital Communications Associate is a full-time employee supervised by the Communications Director and will work to develop and implement the organization’s digital communications program, provide member/partner outreach and communications support, and support additional communications projects.
