Finance and Treasury Analyst

Reporting to the Finance and Treasury Manager, the Finance and Treasury Analyst is responsible for treasury strategy and management of cash balances across all BRIDGE entities. BRIDGE has several hundred entities which maintain operating cash and reserve balances for various purposes. This complex structure will require this position to build systems and process to monitor cash across entities. Essential to the role, this position will forecast cash inflows and outflows to determine appropriate investment strategy to maximize returns. The Finance and Treasury Analyst will also be an active participant in the annual property budgeting process working closely with the Asset Management team, assisting in system setup, and profitability analysis. This position will also work on various special projects throughout the year, including the completion of various budget and financial consolidated schedules.
