The Voice of Affordable Housing

Governor signs NPH Priority Bills into law!

We’re thrilled to share that critical NPH priority bills have been signed into law! Together, these housing bills will bring much-needed relief to California and Bay Area residents. AB 1486, AB 1487, and AB 1482 are particularly significant for our affordable housing movement as they embody the holistic 3Ps approach to housing solutions that embraces Production, Preservation, and tenant Protections.

These critical housing wins testify to our colossal collective efforts and unwavering commitment to our affordable housing movement! The entire NPH team thanks you for taking a stand for affordable housing this 2019 Legislative Session!

Get the details in our post-session statement and letter from Executive Director Amie Fishman.
