July 17, 2024This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with a 2 bedroom unit to work at Pimentel Place, a disabled/special needs multi-family affordable housing community in Hayward, CA. Qualified Candidate will live onsite. Qualified candidates will have two years of general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. HVAC Certification preferred. Salary range: $18.79 - $30.79 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $18.79 - $24.79 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
