ELPN: Tenants Rights in Affordable Housing – Where Things Stand and What Can be Improved

There are almost 380,000 affordable homes across California funded by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). These affordable homes provide safe, affordable and stable homes but tenants have limited eviction protections.
