SPUR: Housing for Families and the Workforce

SPUR Urban Center 654 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA

San Francisco Supervisor Tang recently introduced legislation that could be a major boon for families and workers seeking housing. The proposal would incentivize real estate developers to include units specifically for families and low- and middle-income San Franciscans and would provide fees for the city’s public schools. Can this change how we build in San Francisco? Bring your questions and hear from the experts. Co-presented by the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition. More information here.
