Affordable Housing & Community Development Specialist

Laurin Associates is seeking a full-time employee to work primarily in the Laurin Associates Division, with a focus on Affordable Housing Market Analysis and Grant Administration. The ideal candidate should possess a BA/BS degree and demonstrate a strong interest in affordable housing and community development programs. Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-family and affordable housing property management, as well as construction or contract administration. The role requires excellent communication, project management skills, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base. Candidates should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and knowledge of regulations, mathematics, and statistics, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines independently.
