The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) is seeking a Director of Property Management for this mission-driven public agency that provides rental assistance, housing, and resident services to about 4,000 households in Everett and Snohomish County, WA. Located 28 miles north of Seattle, Everett is a vibrant city of 111,000—the largest city in Snohomish County and the county seat. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Property Management serves as the Authority's primary manager of EHA-owned properties, including Project-Based Voucher-assisted units, LIHTC units, and At-Cost (non-subsidized, market rate similar) properties. This position directs the Property Management Department to ensure EHA multifamily residential assets are operated in accordance with the latest cutting-edge asset management practices to sustain the long-term physical condition and financial performance of the portfolio. The Property Management Department operates with a 2024 budget of $3.7 million and a team of 51 FTEs.

Position Overview:

This position directs the Property Management Department to ensure EHA multifamily residential assets are operated in accordance with the latest cutting-edge asset management practices to sustain the long-term physical condition and financial performance of the portfolio. The Property Management Department operates with a 2024 budget of $3.7 million and a team of 51 FTEs.

replace systemic racism with equity for all. EHA owns and manages over 2,100 units of housing serving
households across the income spectrum and administers over 3,700 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
EHA operates with a 2024 budget of $92 million and a team of 129 FTEs.
