July 15, 2024This position is for a full-time (40 hours/week) Maintenance Technician II to work at Shelter Hill, a 75-unit affordable multi-family housing community in Mill Valley, CA. This is a HUD Section 8 property. Qualified candidate must have 2+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $24.00-30.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
