Operations Associate

The California Housing Partnership is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to enhance our five-member Operations team. This pivotal role reports directly to the Operations Manager and operates in a hybrid setting, based out of our San Francisco headquarters with the flexibility to work remotely from home up to four days per week. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business operations. We are looking for a personable individual who enjoys fostering positive interactions and working collaboratively with others throughout the organization to get things done. The person in this role must also have meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and be tech-savvy.
