April 5, 2024Under general supervision of MOHCD, the 1823 Real Estate Analyst performs multifamily housing development work on Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing HSH supported projects, including planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation assignments; coordinates the development of plans and programs; conducts and coordinates studies and surveys; reviews more difficult projects to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and procedures; provides technical assistance to project staff and other agencies; and performs related duties as required. The 1823 Real Estate Analyst will work within the MOHCD department and coordinate with the HSH Real Estate Team, in order to deepen understanding of affordable housing transactions and processes within the City.
