Senior Manager, Community Engagement

NPH is seeking a Senior Manager of Community Engagement. This person will be responsible for supporting ballot measure campaigns and coalition strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a self-motivator.

NPH’s Campaigns and Community Engagement Team is seeking a Manager of Community Engagement. This is a new position responsible for mobilizing NPH’s members in electoral campaigns, resident engagement, and grassroots advocacy.  This position will also represent NPH in local, regional, and statewide coalitions that focus on electoral campaigns.

The Manager of Community Engagement will also work with the NPH Action Fund, an affiliated 501(c)(4) organization established to advance lobbying and electoral campaign activities and capacity for affordable housing.

Salary range is $105,000 to $120,000. NPH offers an excellent benefit compensation package including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays and sick time, and a retirement savings plan.
