Hosted by the Association for Energy Affordability and David Baker Architects, “Creating Clean Airspace” is an online workshop to help California non-profit housing providers respond to intensifying climate hazards, such as heat waves and smoke events.
They will share the immediate actions available to property managers and residents to safeguard health and safety, identify long-term preparedness, and have a discussion to determine barriers and resources needed for improving housing resiliency.
The workshop is aimed at property owners, asset and property management staff of housing providers, but anyone with an interest in the enduring resilience of affordable housing is welcome to attend.
Prior to the workshop, please fill out this very brief survey intended to collect the previous experience and current concerns of non-profits regarding climate hazards.
Please register to receive the Zoom link and join us on October 8.
