Come tour an affordable housing construction site without having to take off your WFH slippers! Join ELPN for a virtual tour of Resources for Community Development’s Coliseum Place, hosted by David Baker Architects. How do buildings evolve during construction? How can I shepherd our team’s intent all the way through to a completed building? With a combination of live onsite video conferencing and remote presentation, we will introduce the project, including it’s core goals of providing deep affordability and sustainability in East Oakland; and we’ll offer a chance to “look under the hood” at what constraints, changes and opportunities surface during construction as we try to make those goals reality.
