Your expertise in structuring affordable housing deals and your strong financial acumen will be instrumental in driving successful project execution. In addition to your involvement in affordable housing transactions, you will also handle ad hoc corporate finance tasks to support the overall financial management of the company.

SHCLA is a non-profit developer of permanent supportive housing with a pipeline of projects in Alameda County. Our mission is to ease the housing crisis for people living with severe mental health issues by building affordable rental homes and providing on-site wraparound supportive services.
