Its exciting to see progressive foundations, nonprofit housing groups, private developers and city officials unifying behind this agenda.. Significantly, nonprofit housing groups may be the Compact’s biggest cheerleaders. Amie Fishman, head of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPHANC), said the CASA compact “creates “bold solutions to our region’s housing crisis and badly-needed relief for all of our community members.””
