We invite you to be a part of BRIDGE’s Advanced Housing Asset Management which is the final course of the Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM) series. This course will be offered November 6-8, 2018 (Tuesday to Thursday) from 8:30am to 5:00pm in Oakland. This training will provide the following: skills for analyzing and managing portfolios of properties, through exercises involving both case studies and analysis of their own organizations’ portfolios.
