A People Powered Movement
NPH has a strong record of success initiating, supporting, and passing affordable housing ballot measures and we’re proud to continue building momentum through our work with the NPH Action Fund.
We have been hard at work in many cities, counties, and at the state level, working to support our mission to ensure that everyone has access to a safe, stable, affordable home. We provide research, policy analysis, and expertise accrued from our prior electoral successes in order to help secure placement of critical affordable housing policies and funding at the ballot and give voters the ability to take action.
Member & Coalition Resources
NPH and the NPH Action Fund partner to bring critical resources to support our members in advocacy and campaigns, including resident voter registration and engagement, campaign message trainings, and more.
2024 Electoral Endorsements
NPH is proud to partner with our members in identifying and engaging on important measures to reinvest in our communities and create more affordable homes across the Bay Area.
Take Action
Help us build our movement and our future where everyone has access to an affordable home: improving our health, our children’s educational outcomes, our environment, our transit system, our regional competitiveness, and keeping the Bay Area diverse and equitable.
A Statewide Measure
NPH is excited to support Prop 5 which gives local voters more power to address the affordable housing and public infrastructure needs in their communities by empowering them to approve bonds for affordable housing, critical public infrastructure, and emergency response with a 55% vote.
