Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program Bay Area Forum

At the end of June, the Strategic Growth Council announced awards for the first round of the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program, which is funded through Cap and Trade auction proceeds. MTC and ABAG are convening a Bay Area forum on the AHSC program.

News Alert: BART Adopts Affordable Housing Policy

On Thursday, January 28th, the BART Board of Directors voted 6-3 to adopt a policy that requires that 20% of all housing developed on BART land must be affordable to very low and low income households!
