Untapped Resources: NPH’s Latest Research Publication

“Untapped Resources, Potential Bay Area Sites for Affordable Transit-Oriented Development”, NPH’s latest research publication, identifies former redevelopment properties as potential resources for the development of affordable transit-oriented development (TOD).  NPH and our partner Seifel Consulting Inc. developed this report by considering a variety of development factors, including property size, land use designation, area planning goals and zoning.
