As the Bay Area continues to grow, housing elements are a critical tool to ensure an adequate supply of affordable homes keeps pace with projected job and population growth. In 2014, NPH and our partners worked with jurisdictions across the region to revise and adopt 2014-2022 housing elements that not only comply with the letter of the law, but plan for healthy, diverse and equitable communities. With the wrap-up of the housing element process in early 2015, our focus has shifted to implementation.
